For this reason, the commencing of a litigation dispute or the actual conducting of a trial is not an end in itself. Where an out of court, settlement resolving of a dispute is appreciated to be in our client's best interest, this is the solution we pursuit.<br \/>\nOur moto is: ``the worst settlement is always better than the best court decision.<br \/>\nOur primary concern is the functionality and complete service of our clients' needs. We co-operate with a notary and a process server, the other two main legal professions, with whom we share offices.
