Georgia Tsantini Attorney

Born in Athens in 1997, Georgia Tsantini is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2023.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and pursued postgraduate studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the Interdepartmental Master’s Programme “Pharmaceutical Law: Legislation and Practice”, jointly offered by the Faculty of Law and the School of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences.

Her Master’s thesis, entitled “Alternative Management of Household Pharmaceutical Waste – Extended Producer Responsibility,” examines the development of the new European regulatory framework governing the management of pharmaceutical waste and pharmaceutical packaging as a key pillar of the European Strategy for the transition to a circular economy, and its implementation into Greek law.

She specializes in pharmaceutical law, healthcare compliance, cadastral (Land Registry) matters, and real estate law more broadly.
